On 1 June 2024, Liane Chu’s solo exhibition COSMIC NOMAD: Venture Beyond will be on view at ART CONNEXION in Guangzhou K11. This exhibition is a collaboration with SEEFOOD ROOM Gallery, MOBI GARDEN, and Guangzhou K11 to bring the audience onto a cosmic journey. It features Chu’s latest Normal and Abnormal series with shooting stars that lacerate the night skies, an assortment of eccentric plants, and the little girl who wanders through the absurd universe Chu created. The works are her unique interpretation of the dichotomy between fiction and reality, between normality and abnormality. They invite us to cross boundaries and explore limitless possibilities to inspire our imaginations. The exhibition also features her installation piece in collaboration with MOBI GARDEN – by fusing brand and art, the audience enjoy a visual and spiritual feast.
